What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Final-sale, discounted, and intimate items may have special conditions.

How do I start a return?

How do I make a return?

After starting your return through the portal, use the prepaid label to ship your item(s) back. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days after arrival at our facility.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your package for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes! Eligible returns can be refunded, exchanged, or converted into store credit.

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email [email protected] within 7 days. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit based on availability.
