How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use that link to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you created a Chalkd account, you can also log in anytime to view your order status and shipping updates.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier activity. Once shipped, Chalkd cannot control or adjust carrier delays, but we’ll always help track your package if needed.

How much does shipping cost?

Please note we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders $75 or more within the U.S. qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under that amount ship at a flat rate.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. To maintain fair, consistent pricing, we currently offer only standard shipping options. However, local pickup is available at select Gymnastics World or World Elite locations.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. International expansion is in the works — stay tuned for future updates via our newsletter.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can still initiate a return once you receive it.
